In addition, you will receive post event coverage via a logo and PDF download on the online evaluation survey to be completed by delegates after the congress.

Raise awareness of your brand at the Congress Welcome Reception following the opening keynote lecture. Delegates will enjoy drinks and canapés and the accompaniment of a string quartet.

Delegate USB Stick £12,000
These USB sticks will be branded with your company name and will contain all oral and poster abstracts for the conference. The sponsor will have the opportunity to place promotional material on the stick and also to have their company name appear as the device name on the computer screen.

Delegate Congress Bag £10,000
The sponsor’s logo will be printed alongside the congress logo on the bag that will be distributed to every delegate. The sponsor also has the opportunity to include one item of
promotional literature within the bag.

Delegate Umbrellas £8,000
Sponsor the delegate umbrellas given to each delegate at registration in case of rain in the transfer between venues. These umbrellas will be used by delegates for many years
after the event.

Programme Book £8,000
The programme book will be referred to by delegates for many years after the event. The sponsors logo will appear on the front page and they will have the opportunity to include a
mono advert inside.

Registration Desk £5,900
Sponsorship of the congress registration desk will ensure that your brand will be seen as soon as delegates arrive at the congress. Your logo will appear on registration signage and you will have the opportunity to have a small table top display nearby.

Internet Café £5,750
Sponsorship of the internet café will give your company continual exposure as your company’s website will be the default homepage on all terminals.

Lanyards £5,500
Include your logo or company name on the lanyards to which delegates clip their name badges.

T-shirts £5,000
Your company logo alongside the congress logo on a white T-shirt given to each delegate at registration.

Pen and Notepad £4,000
Include a high-quality notepad and pen with your company logo or name in the delegate bag.

Speaker Gifts £3,500
Sponsoring the speaker gifts is a unique opportunity to reach some of the leading names in the field.

General Information Notice Board £3,500
Sponsor logo or name together with the congress logo on the header board. Your will also have the opportunity to have a small table top display area nearby.

Poster Session £3,500
Sponsor logo or name on each poster number plus your logo on all poster session signage.

Page Markers £3,000

Lunch Break £2000 per lunch break (5 available)

Sponsor the morning and afternoon refreshment breaks for each day of the congress. Each option includes: On site signage during the refreshment breaks for each day.

Delegate Bag Insert £1,000
Opportunity to include one item of lightweight promotional material into each delegate bag. (Books or heavier materials may be more appropriate for the literature display – see details below).

Literature Display £850
Your promotional materials will be displayed by the congress organizers on a Literature Display in the main public area of the congress.
