BLS Post-conference Excursion – Lichens of Firth of Forth/Lammermuir Hills

A 1-day field trip that will explore lichens and their habitats in the geologically important and scenic landscape which lies to the south of Edinburgh. The exact venue will depend on the prevailing weather and the state of the tides, but will include coastal rocks on the Firth of Forth and/or valley woodlands in the Lammermuir Hills. Leaders will be Steve Price (BLS) and Chris Ellis (RBGE).
